I’m non dénominationel Christian and id be interested by any kind of christianity inspired works, be they catholic or protestant or whatever.
Same for all religions: buddhism, islam, anything religious.
If not religious but spiritual and exceptionnal like PKD’s gnosticism, Im also curious. Not only for the gnosticism, but the whole doubting if some things experienced during psychosis are not all batshit-land, so I’ve also put Jung in my to read list, but let’s keep it sci-fi.
I recorded a story with religious overtones. It is a little sad. It’s by Edward Bellamy. I didn’t actually record all it. I modified the librivox file, simplified language and added an intro. Bellamy’s outline is actually a masterpiece. But his sentences prevent you from grasping it. Here it is

But it is a very dark story. Also, Bellamy was no fan of organized religion.

I’m not 100% sure, but you could try Brandon Sanderson’s “Skyward” and other books/stories in what’s apparently called “Cytoverse” series. I didn’t read them yet, that’s why no promises, but I’ve read his “Cosmere” books - those are not really sci-fi though, more fantasy/steampunk (depending on sub-series) - and I found a lot of Christian themes in there. To the extent that I sincerely found some to be helpful for my faith development (even if I’m of a different denomination). I wouldn’t be surprised if he put some such themes in his other books too.
As for CS Lewis, I had no idea he has any sci-fi books - I’ll have to find them now! He’s definitively a very Christian topics writer.

I found Dune by Frank Herbert to have really strong writing about religious themes, even if they’re only marginally related to current religious imagery.
The Hyperion Cantos, by Dan Simmons (rip), has a lot of very well utilized Christian imagery that’s very central to the main storyline of the series. I enjoyed these a lot

Looking at my comics, not sci fi I guess but - Lucifer, and More Weight are in the Christian universe.

I don’t think either have (nor would be good on) web. But this reminded me - Preacher is also so very good and the TV version was amazing as well, maybe better than print IMO - you can probably find that one.
ETA don’t bother with the Lucifer TV show, it’s nothing like the comics . Good Omens is great if you can find that.

Yes, this is something most people dont undertand when they see the TV series. There was much more propaganda in the original stories. In the Eye of Appolo, a woman is tricked into removing her glasses by an evil new age man, and i therefore found dead in an elevator shaft. She fell down. And the new age con man of course has ulterior motives. So because she was blind to God in a way, she ended up dead. Of course, if you are very Christian, this would seem true to you. But for most other people, it would indeed be very annoying. They have stripped the TV series completely of this propaganda subtext. But Father Brown is historically a very very important character.
