You’re the one getting flustered and demanding everyone else use the words that make you comfortable, rather than the words they prefer.
What do you think “special treatment” means exactly?

The problem is people using clear language to describe something, and you preferring different language? Is that a correct assessment of your anger?
Selling your location to the GIGN, believe it or not
Who’s playing dumb?
You knew what the speaker meant and challenged their use of language.
I’m asking what’s unclear about the term “people with a penis” and you’re getting riled up.
Are you ok?
It seems like your entire gripe here is “those aren’t the words I would use and I’m not ok with that”
What’s not plain English about “people with a penis”? It seems excessively clear and to the point.
Is the word “people” too difficult for you?
Ah yeah see you knew what they meant. What’s the issue?
Good thing you’re here to sus out the BS, otherwise we might all have been hoodwinked by OP recalling this friendly conversation at a store.
Honestly at this point you’ve spent longer trying to explain why it’s made up than OP took to write it.
Are you happy with the person that you are? I can’t imagine you’re very pleasant to spend time with.
I’m not your mother, you’re welcome to be as hypocritical as you like dude.
You could try avoiding them altogether then.

pay a reasonable price to watch the things I like
What the rest of us are saying is that actively managing subscriptions every month is a PITA headache. And so many people lap it up like that extra homework is totally normal.
It isn’t and it shouldn’t be. My tastes haven’t changed very much in the last 3 years. Hulu’s available content has probably rolled through thousands of titles in that time. I shouldn’t need an extra service just to do a bunch of work to figure out where most of the stuff I like is located. Or which that thing I was watching switched to. It’s asinine and totally pissing in the face of people like me that just want to pay a reasonable price to watch the things I like.
AIM was a game-changer tho

There’s a bunch of info on Sony’s website too but it is so filled with trackers and pop up bullshit I figured the article was better.
