There is an incredibly, yet none zero chance that all genes passed by one parent may be recessive, while all the other parent’s expressive genes are all dominant and passed on. Theoretically then your scenario is possible.

There are online sellers who specialize in minifigures and offer the full set for a bit of a mark-up. I don’t use these, so I can’t recommend one.

Bricklink is a third party marketplace for Lego, which was bought up by Lego a couple years back. You can order individual parts, minifigures, sets from third parties. For example, I buy missing collectables there and in return sell my duplicates.

Last, there is the possibility that this new series also will have individual scannable QR codes on the packaging, like the current one does. Apps such as Bricksearch can scan the code and tell you which minifigure is inside.

I strongly disagree. That’s like using MD5 and saying ‘It’s OK, we use SHA256 down the line’. Information encrypted with it might as well be in plain text.

Forget about biometrics, they are way too insecure.

Our cameras have reached a stage where we can replicate fingerprints from photos. ‘What you are’ is useless when we leave part of us everywhere. And furthermore, in parts of the world, authorities can force you to unlock your device with biometrics but not with passwords.

To just name one example in Germany: Verification via robo call in WhatsApp.
