Was there not some issues with the animal trials last year or am I misremembering?
Ooo we just bought some duration for our house. It’s going to be slow going. As we found out the previous owners didn’t prime at all so despite us priming it’s not going well. Time to scrape it off including their paint
Fair point. Thank you
Thank you. I am going to do my best to remember to go slow. I’m just so excited and want to be able to get in and live here but I feel like there is a lot I want to do before moving in since it is easier.
I hope that’s not the case here. It didn’t smell like urine when we toured but they were still living here and some of the spots I am seeing are where furniture was covering. It smelled strong when we did the final walkthrough so I am hoping it didn’t soak into the subfloor and was just more recent accidents from stress.
Ah I didn’t think of the time cost on stuff. Uff da. I think my list is going to get very long very quick but you make very good points.
And I had no idea nature’s miracle came in a gallon! Good stuff and good to know.
I may do this. We were also thinking of getting a professional in to do it for the first time since we don’t want our dog to think peeing inside is okay though she is house trained. But a rug doctor sounds far more affordable.
We did get an inspection. I can’t rave about our inspector enough he explained in detail which was helpful but a tad overwhelming. We are trying to get a contractor out to quote on the siding (it’s original in 1987 house in humid area) but I’m struggling with some of the inside stuff that I know I can handle.
Yea. The AI got pissed where I was at because I had bought lunch and placed my utensils that come with it in the bag withput scanning them. They simply are provided with the hot food counter food for free.
Has anyone actually seen the paper on neurolink? I haven’t seen them but also haven’t really hunted.
Even if alternatives die though, we could force google to sell off portions of itself to up and coming orgs/options like they did with AT&T. Or put in privacy protections that will allow alternatives to begin again and grow.
I don’t understand the ins and outs of it all but we can’t let fear of it taking too long or alternatives dying stop us from fighting monopolies and privacy protections.
My first thought is great stuff but honestly I have only used it in a crafting context and I am sure someone else will have a better idea or be able to explain why my gut reaction is not going to work. Also could look ugly if the foam expands out of the hole though it can be cut off to be even once cured.
It’s a top loader. I said open but really meant unlatched. I’m pretty pooped after a long work day and not being clear. But regardless I figured out my mistake.
I see what you are saying. My plan was to rig it so the door would be unlocked, closed but not latched with the striker not attached to the door. I said open but I really meant unlatched. Tired brain says wrong words. But I figured it out. I was being dumb and getting tired. I really should have waited until I wasnt exhausted from work.
Maybe it’s because I am tired and frustrated but I don’t understand what you mean by arm tangler? The wiring harness is all run correctly and hooked into place. It’s just not oem and thus the strikers don’t seem to fit in the lock well.
I grew up in poor mountain areas. Our local tree guy (name was Woody) also did cheap home repairs. He certaintly was not certified or an expert but he would do it pretty cheap along with other odd jobs. He would be the first to tell you if it was something he couldn’t do and he always smelled funny but did a great job.
As an adult I can’t believe my parents hired him but we were really poor and needed a tree to come down before it crushed our house so I suppose desperation played a part.
