Pure speculation that Musk himself did this. I hate the guy, but I also hate journalism that offers no evidence to back up its headlines.

I highly doubt it’ll work, if for no reason other than the fact that our legal system is too slow (though there are many other reasons too).

However, if it did work, it would be massive, because it’s Florida. He would have almost no path to the White House without that state.
