My mainphone is currently Nokia C2-01 which I got for free. It’s perfectly enough for me. But damn that thing looks good…

I don’t see EVs ever becoming good for everywhere. Here it usually gets as low as -20 to -45 degrees in Celcius during winter so you’d need a heated garage at your home and another at your workplace to have an EV work well, or hell, even start. With an older car, you can just take the battery indoors for the night and pop it back in the morning and be on your way. And having a heated garage (and the cost of building EV’s battery, building the car, shipping it) is already worse for the environment, so no, it will never work here.

Just developt the gas (gas as in gas, not benzin or diesel) and use them here, EV’s where it’s warmer all year around.

And no, fuck them Chinese spyware cars. And other spyware cars. Put the cameras up your ass.

That works as the starter page, but can’t be set as the custom search engine… Only the real DDG can be set as that.

Yeah, I’m aware this is the reason. Which fucking sucks because I need to remember turn them back off every single time I happen to need clear cookies… But that’s probably their plan.

It’s not even about disabling it, DDG keeps turning it back on… I live in a constant battle.

Yes, unless you read into the missinfo campaings. They will follow your local laws, but you can control how much info they have on you.

It’s so fun to redownload the app twice just before meeting (on phone as I need the camera) and then still end up using it in the browser without logging in!

Just a polite reminder that if you only need to print a few papers, it’s probably cheaper/easier/free to use the printer at local library! Mine does it for like 15 cents a paper, or for free if you have your own paper! Much less hassle than buying a good printer, sorting the ink situation and then fighting with that machine…
