It’s not clear, then, whether developers would be able to change the resistance of the fluid to provide some sort of force feedback, or a resistance similar to that of the triggers in the PS5‘s DualSense controller (for steering in racing games, for example).

Exactly, we all helped build reddit for what it is today. They repeatedly showed its users and moderators that all they care about is filling their pockets. The API death is just a symptom, but the disease will spread.
Good tip but definitely does not work 100% of the time, I used different bypass methods and some worked for one app but blocked another again. It’s possible if you know some code but to maintain it it’s not worth it IMO. Where I live being hacked is covered by insurance but if you bypassed root restrictions they definitely won’t be on your side.
