I bought my dad’s 2014 MKZ off him 4 years ago. They stopped producing GPS updates several years before I bought it off him. According to the device, there are times it thinks I’m driving through farmland when I’m at a Target parking lot.

How about making them such a high percentage that it would genuinely impact their bottom line and not a measly amount calculated as “cost of doing business”
We can also thank Tim Berners-Lee for giving us the WWW
I ended up buying a couple testers from Walmart for like $5 and they’ve been super useful! Definitely worth having in every household
I’ve been using librewolf for a several months. Be careful because streaming doesn’t always work on it due to DRM features, and YouTube has been spotty AF. With YouTube it might start the video a couple seconds into it, buffer for no discernable reason, or just skip a few random seconds.
It’s infinite free education at your fingertips.
And that is 1 of the top 2 reasons they won’t let that happen.
I got one a couple years ago that included an old password I had used to use. It was sent to my work email but because it had that info in it I did legit get scared…until it said it recorded me jerking it over my webcam. I don’t have a webcam.
I found out at least 2 other coworkers got similar emails so me thinks a shitty work vendor got hacked
Last week. In an effort to de-google as much of my PC as I could the only chromium based browser I have is edge. I used librewolf for general browsing (unlock) and Firefox for porn (unlock and no script). Librewolf has known issues working with YouTube which will cause even the highest speed internet to have YouTube be choppy AF. So I used edge for YouTube. But there is a known big in edge that logs you out of everything when you close the browser. And after a dozen times of 2FA logging in I just said fuck it and changed my Gmail password…and can’t close edge of I want to continue to watch certain channels
You should look into PiHole, if you’re half-savvy with computers. They should be able to block all the destinations smart TVs are trying to connect to
I did not hit her I did Naaaaaht! Ohimark!
It’s kinda good for people who don’t have the time or the means to go pick up food, but don’t mind paying almost twice as much for lukewarm soggy food
STILL LOOKING
ITS FOR A CHURCH HONEY!
Didn’t watch it, but the headlines, posts and memes are prime choice so far!
But one thing I haven’t seen mentiones yet is something I only stumbled upon when a browser was showing headline snippets. Harris outright said that both she and Walz are gun owners, they’re not “taking anyone’s guns” and outright told that orange turd to stop with his blatant lies. As a blue gun owner…then fills me with joy.
As I said in a project call where someone was pumping up AI, this is just the latest bubble ready to pop. Everyone is dumping $$ into AI, a couple decent ones will survive but the bulk is either barely functional or just vaporware.
I have a couple former coworker friends who slob this dude’s knob all the time. One of em is staunch anti-govt (but loves his orange dictator obviously) and refuses flu shots from work every year because according to his this year is the year they start micro-chipping people.
Both of em would be the first in line for musk’s chip
I’ve actually been considering getting a mini-pc. My old setup at home used to be my main PC hooked up to my TVs in the living room with a wireless keyboard. Id do some low end gaming on it and mostly streaming. Im in process of selling that house and looking to go back into a more traditional setup, with my main PC In a den with actual monitors, but still want to consider the option of having a mini PC in the living room TV for the occasional PC needs, and running lower end party games from steam like Jack Box.
I bought a couple a few years ago, the only one I still use is the PiHole, which has been phenomenal. I did try to use one as a media server but turned out to be more of a pain than it was worth.
I really wish Dead Like Me could have lasted longer.
