And the original trilogy never resolved what happened to the thousands of empire controlled planets and fleets of ships. The rebellion just killed the emperor and death star, but there were still a lot of members of the empire still out there ruling planets.
Like the victories of WW1 all made pointless by WW2.
Yes. I thoroughly enjoyed both in theater.
300 was worth paying money for in theater, as well as Watchmen.
Avatar 2 was awesome in theater, at least in Imax 3D. It was so fucking gorgeous, I was transfixed.
That just sounds like soup, and delicious.
I honestly had no idea until now that firewater had anything to do with Native Americans. I just thought it was a term for alcohol, and don’t use it myself anyway.
Yep, Bing is pretty solid as far as search engines go.
For someone like OPs mom it would be more than good enough is my point. She’s saying she wished something existed that does indeed exist.
Of course, and much of it is on the app store now (which I rarely use myself), but for someone like OPs mom who just wants an easy app store, well there is one.
Yes, I read that. A couple thousand people out of billions of users were affected, and the problem was resolved. It’s really not as big of an issue as you’re making it out to be.
What crap machine are you running? I can open the store on my Surface 3 I’ve had for nearly a decade.
I don’t think getting instagram, or photoshop off the microsoft store is giving anyone a virus. And I’ve never gotten a virus from it in the few times I’ve used it.
Sure, but pretty much every common application most people use is available, which is fine for the majority of people such as OPs mom.
But Windows does have an app store, and has for ages now.
Palestine didn’t exist as a state and never did until the same time as Israel. That land was part of the Ottoman empire, and then the British mandate. before that it was controlled by various empires throughout history. Both the Palestinians and Israelis are indigenous to that land, and if Palestine and other Arab nations hadn’t tried to wipe out the Jews in 1948 the moment Israel was established, maybe Israel wouldn’t be trying to take what’s left of Palestine.
And no, I’m not trolling you, I think you’re an idiot.
Jews are indigenous to that land as well, so no they aren’t colonizing it, they are living in their homeland.
Hamas is targeting civilians, or are you forgetting the 1,400 Israeli civilians killed on Oct 7th, and hundreds taken hostages, not to mention the thousands of rockets fired before and since Oct. 7th at Israeli civilians.
The only reason more Palestinian civilians have died is not for lack of Hamas trying. Israel is just better at defending the own people than Hamas is.
Hamas is actively trying to genocide Israelis. Hamas is evil, it’s not complicated.
I was going to use communities as my examples due to the relatively small size of each, but decided country was a better metaphor due to each instance’s ability to fully control their own rules or “laws”, where as communities in the real world are usually beholden to the higher laws of their countries.
