Bro that’s just the internet. When I left Reddit I had over a thousand anime subs blocked. Took me weeks of blocking them when I first got here last year. Twitter wasn’t as bad for me since I never look at the curated right wing propaganda TL and only look at who I follow which is all mostly sports beat writers and hardcore sports fans.

S9 is a crappy phone? I was told at the time it was the flagship if you want an android phone, the whole reason I went with that model.

I had an iPhone 4 for years. Got drunk on st pattys and dropped it and screwed it all up so figured I’ll go get a new phone. Got a Samsung s9… believe I had the iPhone for ~6-7 years.

The s9 was great at first but after a few months it slowed drastically. Year later I ditched that phone because if I didn’t reboot it daily it ran like shit. Tried a non-Samsung android, I think it was the asus phone. Same shit, few months in it starts shitting the bed.

Went and got another iPhone around 2019 and I’m only on my second iPhone since switching from android and only reason I switched was I wanted some of the features on the current iPhone and Verizon had a deal where I got a free watch for upgrading.

I’ve been living with this for 20 years and only now seriously seeing an ENT to figure it out. One thing doc has me doing is a twice a day sinus rinse with a NeilMed sinus bottle. It has def improved things a lot.

I say see an ENT and they will probably take a swab to check for an infection. I had one and pill antibiotics didn’t help so he has me doing this rinse with an added antibiotic powder.

Still very active. More so than here. But I still use it for sports. Particularly NBA and NFL content. My fav NFL team has an amazing group of fans on there and it’s some really funny dudes.

All major sports news breaks their first and all the major beat writers still use it. There is no better alternative. I’m on mastodon and it doesn’t even remotely compare.

Reddit was my go to previously but killing third party apps I dipped and my X usage tripled. Reddit was just cross posting sports news that broke on X first anyways so it was better going to the source.

Took a bunch of curating my timeline but I get 0 political bullshit and 0 musk bullshit… strictly sports and in that capacity it’s great.

I mean sporting news. I use mastodon and regularly check AP and Reuters for actual news. Mastodon isn’t even close to Twitter when it comes to sports.
