안녕하세요!

Lemmy default UI should seriously consider a daily donation goal, similar to old Reddit. Implement a backend API to fetch the daily amount needed and the current amount donated, and stick it on the right hand side by all the trending communities. As a stats nerd, this would seriously motivate me to donate more.
Am I the only one who never got Waydroid to run even basic apps…?
Btw I would recommend leaving a note on the desktop saying something like COMPUTER_SPECS.TXT. I had Linux on my computers in school, and I was thinking “holy crap Linux is slow and old”, but it turned out to be cheap hardware (and I didn’t know better, back then)
They’re based there, and an international lawsuit is magnitudes more expensive so it’s unlikely they’ll do one.
We’ll probably unblock the UK from seeing the website though, our friends (i.e 2004.lostcity.rs) haven’t blocked the UK and are doing great
Oh sorry, totally forgot, we blocked UK users from accessing the website to avoid a Jagex lawsuit. If you’re on Linux you can still play the game via Flatpak
Did Cloudflare not let you pass with a captcha?
Right? Git is literally decentralized. If you choose to use GitHub as a centralized Git service, that’s on you.
(I will caveat this by saying we moved 2009scape off GitHub and the number of new contributors probably got cut in half. Mainstream services have a lot more eyes)
Honestly I started looking into it (found some articles from 2017 where he showed Nazi imagery) and started asking myself wtf am I doing.
Calling people Nazis over the tamest crap is so old. I’m so done with the liberal crowd on Lemmy jerking each other off over simplistic issues. Get a grip.
X’s lawsuit claims the law’s “requirements are so vague and unintelligible that social media platforms cannot understand what the statute permits and what it prohibits.”
The issue with this argument is that social media platforms aren’t required to enforce it? https://www.sos.mn.gov/media/5626/deep-fake-overview.pdf
He doesn’t even know you, and a ctrl-f of your profile shows you’ve commented on 3 Elon posts in the last 10 comments. He lives in your head rent-free
Are you aware of any project that maintains a good bridge to Matrix? Because I’m in like 80 discord servers and not one of them has a high quality bridge
Ok but is that happening in reality
Some of us did leave, that’s why you see us here
Yea you’re a PoS, I don’t think “realizing” it changes that. When else are you going to be close to so many other people in a way you can positively impact their life?
Just kidding, I wouldn’t stress about it. Kids are dumb, you grew up, be better
before taxes
Why is the West like this
Edit: America. Sorry for bundling you functional EU countries into this
They’re also crushing it in the ML space. Half the good AI papers are written in Chinese; one of the startups I worked at had the luxury of hiring a Chinese speaking AI researcher who could read them for us
SCMP has always sided with mainland China on crux issues, but I’ve read them on and off for nearly 10 years now and have found them to be very reliable.
In fact, this is exactly what the Wikipedia page for reliable sources says about it too: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Reliable_sources/Perennial_sources
All the models will have token limits, especially if you’re not paying for API access. You would have to tune a model based on the blog posts, but that’s expensive, degrades model quality, and isn’t easy to do.
Another thing you could do is have a model index the posts and then retrieve data based on search. The easiest way to do this would be download all the blog posts into a folder, then install cursor.com and open it on the folder. Cursor is for coding, but it will index your folder and then you can ask the model questions. You should be able to get this far with the free trial, but if you have a huge number of blog posts, it still won’t work
There are donors from both of their communities
