Built a new workbench in my basement. Also scraped the old paint up and re-sealed the basement floor. Relocated utility sink to be away from circuit breaker panel. Plumbed it in above floor drain. Have a small patch of floor left to scrape & re-seal. Then install a new wall behind utility sink. And a shower stall next to the sink.
I’m more shocked that Reddit didn’t comply.

The power button really isn’t that important anymore. Leave it on, let it sleep. Tap a key on the keyboard and the thing wakes up. Even after a power outage, it’ll power itself back on.

All of the above. But start with cleaning up this planet. Build better / more sustainable and more diverse communities and energy production. Build arcologies in the arctic, deserts, oceans. Those are good “practice” for building the same off planet.
