I don’t know where you’re getting Pano Scrobbler from. But I install quite a few apps through Obtainium. You can paste the link to e.g. the github page and it will automatically install and update your app. Obtainium is on Fdroid or you can get it from github aswell.

I’m also using openSUSE for about a year now. I came frome Ubuntu -> Manjaro -> Fedora -> openSUSE I love it so far.

For music I use deezload2bot on telegram and save it on my sd card. Works great for me.

Why not aren’t flatpaks safer. I removed firefox on tumbleweed and installed the flatpak because its updated faster.
