I think the sardaukar from the new dune movie are pretty cool. I also really like the colonial marine armor from aliens, even though I haven’t watched the movie yet.

I’d like to read the book series in the future, which one’s the best to start with?

It’s not bad. I’d say if you’re able to read, for example, Lu Xun’s works, it should be fine, although I recommend the English version since there’s a lot of stuff translation can’t capture.

Personally, I feel like the books deal more with how people interact and behave in a future environment. Maybe Brian(the author’s son)'s prequels deal with that better, but some people hate them.
