Reddit@lemmy.world•Reddit is really one of the most ridiculous community I have ever seen. So I moved here
1·14 days agoI will give it a try.
I find getting banned is ofcourse frustrating. But the more frustrating is getting banned over very small things or due to extremely subjective standards of the mod.
The thing that I dislike most is that, now most subreddit will tell you to read the rule, and say that it’s the first and only warning. But many of the rules are subject to the interpretation of the mods.

2·14 days agoThanks, I don’t care about karma anyway. Also, I think they limit who can open a post according to karma is pretty weird, which hinder participation from new members.
But anyway, thanks for the language comment.

5·14 days agoSo true, I can’t discuss my questions on my professional anymore.
I have searched my professional here, there are a community, but the last post is three years ago. Well…

4·14 days agoThat’s fine
It just seems to me (a person who use english as a second language) that the english of AI translation seems less broken lol.
But well … English is not my first language afterall, if the native speaker thinks it’s better not to use the translation, may be it is truly better.

That’s fine, I just type my own response then.
Just a shame that I can’t use that for translation

It just doesn’t feel right, they seems to want to be living in a world without arguments/ frustration/negative views?

6·14 days agoThanks, at least I can open this post.
It would be impossible on Reddit to do that.
I got banned from saying that
I don’t want to find a job anymore if I was replaced by AI. I just wanna end it.
Then, wow, banned, permanently
Yeah, I remember that, they force all the user to use the official Reddit apps.
Now that I was banned yesterday. I am starting my Lemmy journey now.
I have just also been banned.
They will ban you the moment that your speech is not adhere to their Disney worldview, it is ridiculous.
I am truly done, deleted the apps, don’t even bother to evade the ban. Even twitter/X is better than that BS
Tbh, I don’t even want to try ban evasion, they don’t worth my time and effort anymore.
Those mods see themselves as god or something like that.
I don’t know what’s the point, when I have to fine tune my wordings multiple times before making a simple post…
