Ugh it’s like that in every undustry. In mine it’s like most directors know what actually should be done. But then they just get constantly overruled by the VPs and Ps.

Really? I thought the first season was fucking terrible. Like laughably bad. They turned the story into a fucking joke and added stupid bullshit that served zero purpose. Also the CGI was terrible. For how expensive they claim the show was to produce, I have no idea how they ended up with worse CGI than early 2000s B-grade sci movies.

Season 1 of three body problem was absolute dogshit. It had worse CGI than battlestar galactica from like 2003. It was also just bad in general. They added in a bunch of unnecessary bullshit and the pacing was terrible. Pretty stabdard for them. I’m not excited about season 2 at all. Netflix fucking sucks.
