What websites do you notice a lot of Spanish people using?
Can you please share what they are
There is a reality show where retired law enforcement officers try to hunt you down and if you stay hidden for a month you win $250,000. Very informative. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hunted_(American_TV_series)
Oh cool, I didn’t realize they added that. I tried Mastadon a while ago and couldn’t find anything interesting. I don’t use any micro blogging apps.
I’m pretty sure Bluesky has hashtags. Subscribing to a hashtag and muting someone temporarily is nice. I think the main feature Mastadon is missing is discovery algorithms. Most people use that heavily on social media, whether they admit they value it or not.
What features?
It has more features, and most people don’t know why Mastadon might be better. The average person doesn’t even know what a server is.
Holochain is an interesting option I haven’t seen mentioned.
Theoretically Lemmy could open a pop-up or redirect to sign in through your instance.
It would be nice if you could sign-in/comment directly from the blog. But I’m guessing the Lemmy api doesn’t provide that without making the blog it’s own instance
It’s possible that there are multiple consciousnesses within a single person, and when each of them reads this post, they all think it refers to them. “You” are just one of the consciousnesses, thinking you are the main one. Or maybe you think it refers to you, but another consciousness in the same body is aware of itself as well as you and laughing at your ignorance.
Can you explain why you think this, and also explain how you reconcile that opinion with his decision to move to Spain in the 1930s to fight Franco?
Are you calling Orwell a fascist figure? He risked his life fighting fascism.
I guess it depends how far they wanted to go to investigate you. Theoretically they could try to find your social media history, etc.
