I’m not kink shaming, but do you have a humiliation fetish? Everywhere you comment you get dragged, and yet you are one of the most prolific commentators on this site.
Is the taste of shoe leather getting any better?
New Rose Hotel (1998) It’s set in the same universe as Johnny Mnemonic, stars Christopher Walken, Willem Dafoe, and Asia Argento. I love Gibson stories and the short story it’s based on, while not one of his best, could make a good creepy weird movie especially with that cast. Unfortunately it is one of the most boring movies I’ve sat through at least half a dozen times.
I was given a CD set for SUSE 8.2, then bought the 9.0 book set from a book store because I liked it but wanted the hard copy to reference when I was messing things up. I’ve tried a ton of other distros, but keep going back to Suse because I’m used to it.

“Enlightened” centrist doesn’t understand the difference between punching up and punching down, more at 11.
I hate Hanlon’s Razor. It’s used as an excuse by and for too many malicious people lately.
McKinsey is honestly scarier. They may not be a household name like the others, but look them up. They are frightening.
Scope containment is a good way of describing it. Have you seen Samurai Flamenco? It may be there most ridiculous example of that I’ve seen.
I use Gnome defaults.
But they’ll still sell you a $180 USB C cable that’s no different than one you can get for $75 and has all of it’s labels.
Sorry, best we can do is one more streaming app on your smart TV.
I’m not trying to protect lenovo. I think they are a shit company now, and I should have some my research better before buying my computer, but they aren’t the only ones doing this. Anyone who’s done BIOS updates knows that shouldn’t be done automatically, but manufacturers and Microsoft seem to think it’s a good idea to push it through automatic updates.
I had windows update try to brick the BIOS on my Lenovo workstation recently. I can’t believe Microsoft and manufacturers do this kind of shit. Luckily my workstation had dual BIOS so I could recover it. Between that and the fact that lenovo manufacturer locks their processors I would have waited until I could afford a supermicro had I known.

Installing any OS is not for everyday users. Most people wouldn’t have any idea how to install windows either. Whoever is setting up the computer should take care of all of that to begin with. I’ve set up multiple computers for older family members with SUSE and they are all happy with them, and I get almost no tech support calls. The one exception is printing, but you get that with anything because printing sucks. It’s really to my advantage with my step father’s computer because he has negative computer knowledge. He was one of those people who had a million add on bars in IE because he’d click the accept button on every shady website he visited.
It’s a NY tradition to back criminal right wing scumbags masquerading as Democrats. We wouldn’t want to disrupt the status quo.
