Hardline Republicans in the U.S. House of Representatives on Friday rejected a bill proposed by their leader to temporarily fund the government, making it all but certain that federal agencies will partially shut down beginning on Sunday.

    Do they?

When Republicans are in power they never actually cut spending.

What kinda stupid shit do you think I’m saying? I’m a fucking progressive, not some bootlicking GQP idiot.

Plus, it’s a link to a different user’s comment, clarifying my original point.

Edit: and to think, “link for the lazy” has been oft used for at least a decade.

You could’ve just clarified your original comment in that edit or in any of the subsequent comments instead of a link. You could’ve saved yourself this anger by being clearer.

Meh. I’m not here to think for others.
