    I like how they call it the fastest eve selling. Honestly it’s just had the stock available and demand present. Normally you only get demand with modern consoles lol

      You say “just” like that’s not a feat in and of itself, especially considering how many console launches don’t?

        I’ve always wondered why they didn’t hold off longer on other console releases to gather more stock for a release. But I’m sure it is indeed a feat like you mention.

          My guess is that it’s probably because holding off keeps it in the media longer. If it’s scarce you’ll get 50 different articles talking about how shelves are empty of X console, and a much bigger problem is if you accidentally overbuild, and you realise the demand isn’t actually there. Though on the other hand, standard marketing would imply that you want as little friction as possible between the customer and buying your product, so I’m not sure.
