It happens in email, mastodon, etc. It’s just that touch screens can be imprecise and sometimes downvotes are just people operating their phones without realizing it.

It’s not just this app, it happens to me all the time with different apps.
It happens in email, mastodon, etc.

Sync has swipe to vote gestures and I mistakenly up/down vote a comment while scrolling. I fix the down votes but no idea what that does on the backend with lemmy.
