Some of Nvidia's largest customers have been told prices of servers containing its AI chips will rise by more than 15% in many cases with memory chip costs soaring, Bloomberg News reported on Saturday.
So all the equipment on the old rack style is aging out rapidly due to obsolescence. These are in Datacenters that aren’t even built or making much profit yet.
Now the Datacenters with the new rack style are increasing in cost along with the servers, and the chips themselves. Also some of these aren’t even built yet, let along paid for.
