The answer may be displayed on every computer at startup, but apparently enough people had the same question to the point where at least 2-3 other users were asking OP about the solution. Their web search for the answer was leading them straight to that post.
It also doesn’t help that some motherboards have Fast Boot enabled and almost every Windows user has Fast Startup enabled by default.
I know it’s easy information to find, but we’re also on the side of the fediverse where the current average user is tech savvy (especially on your instance).
