      i’m pretty sure it’s subtly designed to make you think it’s your fault for not updating the software/hardware often enough

      It’s always kind of worked for me. I always lose internet access (something breaks with my VPN every time) and then if I manually reboot it’s fine, so I’m not sure why rebooting with the update doesn’t work to begin with?

    iPhone … never works, ipads always work. My wife’s iphone never updates without me doing it.

    No idea why
